As SİYÖMDER, we view urban transformation processes as a vital necessity and fully support them.
Today in Istanbul, 276,000 buildings and 1,274,000 independent units belonging to these buildings have entered the urban transformation process. When we include families, this process directly impacts approximately 3.8 million citizens—nearly one-fourth of Istanbul's population.
Considering risks such as potential economic fluctuations, high inflation, or interest rate hikes, it is of critical importance that past grievances involving housing cooperatives do not reemerge today as "Urban Transformation Grievances."
SİYÖMDER’s Primary Purpose and Responsibility:
To prevent new grievances from arising and to protect the rights of our neighbors and property owners.
In line with this goal, through the SİYÖMDER Urban Transformation Advisory Group we have established, we provide guidance, technical support, and accurate information flow to all requesting citizens to ensure that the:

dimensions of transformation processes are carried out accurately and seamlessly.
Earthquakes are a reality, and urban transformation is inevitable. However, a safe future is only possible through proper wisdom, expert approach, and qualified management.
